Move More, Eat Less

It's Monday morning and the gym is very quiet. I suspect most clients spent the weekend outdoors enjoying this beautiful weather. I did.

It was wonderful, feeling the wind blowing on my face as my wife and I walked along the lakefront. In Chicago, there is no better place to go outside and play. The view is great, the air seems very fresh, and the people are wonderful.

We chatted with an old friend and confirmed that this incredible urge to go outside and play was widespread.

This time of year our motto is move more and eat less. It was great.
